Hi Coyotes! I'm Ms. Weese! I have a degree in early childhood education from Texas A&M University (Gig 'Em! 🙂) and have been a teacher at Cowan since 2008. I've taught pre-k, kindergarten, and first grade and am also a Certified Dyslexia Therapist. While I loved the classroom, I am very passionate about reading and decided to get my Master's in Library Science and make the move to the library! I have been the librarian since 2021 and am absolutely loving it! I have a daughter, Lyla, who is two years old.Â

A little about our library:
Pre-K, Kinder, 1st, and 2nd Grade classes come to the library every week for 30 minutes. 3rd, 4th, and 5th Grade classes come every other week for an hour. Please remember to return your child's library book(s) each week on their library day! Students will also have the opportunity to visit the library each day during open checkout hours if they would like to check out a book before their scheduled library time.Â
